The Vivid 9-Pocket Zippered PRO-Binders are designed for collecting and organizing your favorite trading cards. Each binder features a padded leatherette cover with a matching zipper closure and pull tab. After unzipping the binder, you’ll find twenty 9-pocket pages sized for standard trading cards in side-loading pockets, allowing you to store up to 360 cards in Deck Protector sleeves. Pages feature a low-friction black backing, creating a separation between the front and back pockets as well as providing cards with a classic framed look. Every PRO-Binder is made with acid-free, non-PVC materials to ensure your cards are protected and preserved. The 9-Pocket Zippered PRO-Binders are available in 8 colors: Blue, Green, Purple, Red, Light Blue, Yellow, Teal, and Black.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at OneStopTCG! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)
  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

Shipping speeds are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once the package has been shipped, not when the order was placed.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. A flat rate of $7.99 is available on qualifying orders. Rates may vary depending on your location and the items in your cart.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your front desk, or any other location where packages are typically left. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at ross@onestoptcg.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.

OneStopTCG is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting Priority Mail for faster, more reliable delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before handling the items further, and contact us at ross@onestoptcg.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of trading card game products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any purchases made through our online store or in-store at our physical location.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ross@onestoptcg.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit for items that arrived damaged due to shipping or were incorrectly fulfilled.

SEALED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee the contents of sealed Pokemon TCG or other trading card game products. Pull rates, card conditions within sealed packs, and product contents are determined by the manufacturer. Dissatisfaction with the contents of sealed products is not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at ross@onestoptcg.com as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

CHARGEBACKS

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute on a legitimate transaction is a violation of our terms of service. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including shipping confirmations and delivery tracking. We will contest all illegitimate chargebacks with full documentation.
