Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at OneStopTCG! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING CARRIER All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

SHIPPING METHODS We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3-4 business days)
  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

Shipping speeds are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin once the package has been shipped, not when the order was placed.

SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. A flat rate of $7.99 is available on qualifying orders. Rates may vary depending on your location and the items in your cart.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your front desk, or any other location where packages are typically left. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at ross@onestoptcg.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue.

OneStopTCG is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location. For high-value orders, we recommend selecting Priority Mail for faster, more reliable delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before handling the items further, and contact us at ross@onestoptcg.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
